Missing 13-year-old Florida girl is believed dead and mother's boyfriend suspected of moving her body

Video evidence showed Stephan Sterns, the boyfriend of Madeline Soto's mother, discarding items in a dumpster the day she vanished, police said. Her backpack and laptop were later found inside.
