Finally was able to put a few hours in today here in Michigan. Found a shiny lead Christmas ornament of three angels singing. It was wrapped in a plaid hoodie. Also in the hoodie was a pile of bones. Looks like some animal pulled the hoodie into it's hole for bedding. Where it died years ago. Now, do you think the shiny on the angels is tin or nickel? Possibly silver? Also found a 1961 Rosie along with 2.71 in clad coins.

seems more likely someone buried a pet wrapped in the hoodie. Perhaps the angels were intentionally buried with it.

Interesting find. Jewelryguy might be right. Thanks for posting.

That never crossed my mind but now it's making since now. Think I'll go back and reunite them.

So I went back this morning and placed the ornament with the hoodie and animal bones and put them back together again. Even added a cross over the top of them. Just never entered my mind that it was a pet burial. I feel much better now.

Some how I double posted. Since there is a picture attached I can't delete the duplicate post.
