Lead thing (toy?) with tiny star

Found this where I’ve found many lead Civil War and WWI soldiers, but it cleaned up as a lighter color.. Looks like some sort of drum, has a tiny star in the middle of one side, lettering on the other, which I can’t quite read. I’ve included some of the other lead toys I’ve found for comparison. (Sorry some pix are sideways; that happened in the uploading.)

Could be a bag seal but I can't see it too well on my screen.....

Interesting, as I found another bale seal nearby. But that one is more the classic oblong shape that looks clearly stamped. I wonder if the RR I can make out on the back of this one is for “railroad”??
