Leather coin purse filled with silver coins

I have been showing my landlord some of the finds I've made metal detecting. He can't move around enough to get out there and detect anymore, but he used to be into it big time, even owned a shop for awhile selling bottles and treasure hunting supplies. He gets a kick out of my visits and seeing what I find and always gives me good info and tips.
Recently he gave me this, and told me he must have dug 100 holes that day and only found junk. He was ready to go home and call it quits but decided to dig one more. What a find! The leather coin purse was full of coins! He said he has enjoyed them long enough and nowbi can enjoy them. I'm very grateful of course and enjoy chatting about detecting and bottle digging with him. I took a picture of the coin purse to blow it up and try to read it. The idea worked! It says:

(Can't fully read this next line)
TRACY, CALIFORNIA
I looked it up, however can not find info on the parlor.
