Just found this one. Yes I own one and have had it out for about a half dozen hunts. I just bought it in April and have used it on the beach. So far I am very happy with it. I have pulled a lot of clad, but I have yet to try it on land. It does have a slight learning curve, but it is not too tough. You can manually ground balance the unit and it has a ton of features. The VDI is pretty accurate on a solid signal. All in all I am happy with the unit.

I've got a Legacy 3500 too. Used it land detecting 6 or so times and it really does well. So far, no issues. Can't wait to take it out beach hunting. HH.
