Re: Legend's Brink's dime box

Good coin. Hoping for some of the same at this end.

Just to mix things up a little, I had my bank order me 2 boxes in place of the box of halves. Don't want to get too greedy with an order bank that is as easy to get along with as they are.

BTW, I pillaged some of your cents and dimes this week. No silver, but did manage 26 wheats ( I think :dontknow:) from a box of cents. :icon_pirat: :icon_pirat: Bank just past the Dip, headed towards the Fort.

Re: Legend's Brink's dime box

I'm assuming you have clear plastic wrappers. If so, this may narrow down which "dirty" or "white" coins you check. If you haven't already thought of this and i apologize if you have lol, take a strong magnet to the rolls and if you feel any attraction at all with the white coins then you know they're obviously Canadian. While not all Canadian dimes are magnetic, this will eliminate most i believe.

Re: Legend's Brink's dime box

Whenever I find rolls with "silver" in them, I set them aside and open them last. I usually find about 20 "silver" dimes per box...once I open them and subtract the canadian dimes, I usually end up with 1 or 2.
