It is a clay Sun God symbol. Made by the Anasazi or Pueblo culture. (Cliff Dwellers) around the 11th or 12th century.

I'm not cool enough to find any hardstone or really much anything else besides tools and points so I'll post a few favorites of mine. I'll also post 2 pictures of the pottery anvil again that I found a few weeks back just because it's a rare find for me and probably my favorite for this year so far...

There is nothing wrong with those. Very cool. Love that anvil.

This is one of the first points I ever found. A bulldozer was scraping the grass/topsoil off of my grade school playground to make tennis & basketball courts. I was messing around in the dirt & this was sitting right on top of the ground between the tracks of the bulldozer. It was summer between 5th & 6th grade. Ohio

No doubt a trade era silver earring made by Paul revere and given to Geronimo by George Washington… ok so maybe my timeline isn’t perfect but sounds good enough for eBay right?

This is a Cherokee basket. No idea how old it is. My mom bought it at a rummage sale around 1974 for
50-cents. She gave it to me when she moved in 1975.

That's really nice. You used to find those from time to time at fleamarkets in Tennessee but they are few and far between nowadays.
