lightweight buckle find

hi all went out for an hour erlier and found a few bits and bobs including this buckle which I assume must have been used on a light garment.It measures approx 3 1/8 inches long and 1 3/4 inches wide.It is a thin bronze plate with half circle type shapes on either end and sides. Probably a sash buckle? Victorian era?
