Some of you know that I found a leg band from a bird on the hunt Satruday afternoon. I showed it to Noodle and she told me to get ahold of Kansas Fish and Game and they in turn told me to contact the USGS. I finally found out that the band came from the leg of a carrier pigeon/racing pigeon. I am still trying to track down all the particulars. Here is a link to the AU Socitey.
