Hit the beach today for a few minutes so my daughter could take a dunk. Got $1.11 in clad 2 pull tabs and this small gold earring weighing 0.6g and stamped 14K I was happy enough.

I agree a little old is better than no gold. I am still waiting on any gold to add to my count. Too much costume rings and stuff out now. I remember I found this ring with a huge stone of some sort and got excited and then the ring after running some water over it was clearly nothing more than aluminum. Oh well my day will come soon.
