Little help with this tin tray please?

I paid two dollars because it was weird and I had not seen one before. It look and feels like those beer trays from the 70's but when I start to search I get to many results.

I know its probably nothing but I had several good finds at the same spot.

No marks on the back. I assume its pretty cheap but sometimes if I haven't seen one before I feel compelled to buy it. I hate that feeling of getting home and it was worth something.
