I love it. It must be some kids toy. My guess would be early 1900s, maybe a little older. And welcome to Treasurenet.

Yes it could be. It wouldnt surprise me if they had these things around the time of the Civil War. Im in Arizona, though, so I dont find much stuff that old! Great find!

Nice little find. These were not really plumbers wrenches. They were invented Late 18th century, the first adjustable mechanics wrench we know today. They were included in the tool kit of every model A Ford.
