Detecting here lately has been rough, ground is very dry. So, I was surprised to dig this 1939 Merc at only 2 or 3" down at an old baseball field on the city's East side. Let it rain! & HH all! & a couple tokens, chuck cheese, no cash value 46 wheatie.
