Nice silver trinkets! Those are mostly pretty hard to hear. That crystal looks like it might be part of a pendant? Or earing? Looks close to amethyst.

Yup thats an amethyst stone, very popular necklace item that women use to wear a lot. It was said to have "healing" powers. My neighbors, grandparents and mother have ones very similar to that one, should clean up real nice.

The cross pendant is also amethyst
