Lone star

Hi skill,
Typically a smaller coil is used in areas that are very trashy. The small size makes it possible to seperate out good targets from trash. You will lose a little bit of depth but with a smaller signal being sent into the ground it helps differentiate targets for the purpose of ID. You will also cover a little less area. The larger coil will go deeper, cover more area but target seperation and ID is less accurate. Hope this helps.

Thanks it helps a bunch. Probly better off just waiting untill I can get a better detector this one is very hard to figure if im getting trash of not.
