Found an old 1840's homesite/ church that I figured still might have a few relics to give up. I started around 730 pm and after the usual pull tabs and pop tops, I did come up with a few good finds. An old kerosine lamp, a copper door or chest lock face, and old latch type lock, and a couple paper shotgun shell hulls. Will definitely be going back later.... And it was a long night because I locked my $@($!€# keys in the truck and had to wait until a buddy finally found me and unlocked it with a slim jim, hahaha... So I got home after 12 last night... The joys of MDing hahaha..

Don't ya just love it. I always hide a key under mine and did the same thing a while back. When I got under the truck to retrieve the extra key both magnet box and key were gone. :dontknow:

That would be my luck to TNGUNS hahaha

looool.... how the @#%$ did he unlock it with a slim jim?
nice finds!

Nice saves.

I made and carry a spare set of keys. I put them in my wallet.
But, I found out that it doesn't help to have spare keys if one is just going to lock the car with the keys still in the ignition AND, the wallet in the trunk. :tongue3:

HH!
