Had my longest day of detecting on Saturday and came away with something from each of 4 sites visited. Site #1 was a bust, not even much in the way of clad, and that left us scratching our heads. Site #2 did not disappoint and I got two IHCs, a buffalo nickel, and the clad dollar. IMG_7600.webpIMG_7602.webp

Site #3 is a rec field in Balto. Co. and there I dug the 2 musket balls and the silver jewelry. IMG_7604.webpIMG_7605.webp

Ending the day at Site #4, an elementary school, I got the Kennedy half and the last dig of the day produced the merc. IMG_7599.webpIMG_7603.webp

Total clad quarters for the day numbered 46.

Very Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Nice hunts, the 04 IHP & the Merc are exceptionally nice, good looking silver & Half, congrats on all

Thanks Inspector. I really like that rec field that has produced old items, like the musket balls.

Thanks Randy! It was a day to hydrate and use sunscreen. I hadn't been bothered by the heat on a hunt since last year, but felt it wearing on me. Got to the last site around 6:00 and all the huntng was in the shade.

Thanks Truth1253! Yep, cliches get old.

Nice collection of goodies! :icon_thumleft:

Thanks Professor. Probably dug a 100+ plugs, a good workout on these old knees.

Nice IHP's and Merc! Congrats! :icon_thumleft: That silver jewelry is really nice!

Thanks WhyMe! That necklace was a recent drop, was just down in the grass, not buried. Never would have survived the next mowing.

Nice looking finds. Nice to see you finding IHP's and a lone silver after a long hunt. Congrats. Well done sir.

Thanks much. So far, my hiatus from Druid is an improvement.
