Look what I found in a sealed bag of $1000 Eisenhowers!!!!!

That looks like a 1923 to me. About $15.

If its the 1928 PCGS lists it @ $550 in VF condition.

I posted a reply but it seemed to disappear. Anyhow, Baddog is correct it is 1923 not 1928. Thank you. I looked at it closer with a magnifying glass. I was fooled at first.

Wow what a super find! Congratulations!!! Out of all of those IKES, did you find any with an S mint mark? I'm thinking there might be a few silver ones in there. I can't imagine buying a 1000 IKES, LOL WOW!!!
