Looking for a hunting partner in NW Austin

Looking for a hunting partner in the Anderson Mill area of NW Austin who wants to hunt during the evenings or mornings since it is getting too hot during the day. I know some good spots.

I'm about 50 miles E. of Austin but get all the luck of going there 5 days a wee :P.
I don't know any good areas there but would like to do some hunting some time .
Give me a yell and I'll sharpen my digging tools.

I see this is an old topic but thought I would reply anyway......... I am going to be in Austin January 10th through the 17th and will have my detector with me. I don't know the area at all and don't have any places lined up to hunt. I would love to get together with someone who has some hunting spots and see what we can find. I will be staying in NW Austin and wil be free to detect various times during my stay.
