looking for an old post

I'm looking for the post where the fellow CRH'er got a call from the bank and bought ~ 10 slabbed coins from a gentleman for $100 so he could pay his bills. Or you could answer the question, "What did he have the gentleman sign?" I forgot what it was called.

He might of signed a Bill Of Sale which is a smart idea. When I bought off road motorcycles, without a title as a teen my father made them give me a Bill Of Sale. That way if it was stolen, we had proof that we bought it and not stole it. Also the person could say you stole it after you bought it and get it back, if you did not have proof that you bought it.

Make them sign a bill of sale and verify ID with their DL. A lot of thieves try to sell coins nowadays and this weeds them out.
