Hey everyone. I'm working on getting permission for a couple large areas. Here in Hannibal there are over a dozen houses that the city own and will be demolishing this year. I'm trying to get the city's permission to hit up the yards before demolition starts. Also there is a large field in pike county illinois where a horse race track and fair grounds was located in the early 1900s. I'd like to get some people together to search these areas before planting season. Let me know if your in the area and I will keep this post updated with the status of permissions. Thanks!

Thanks. No clue what I'm doing lol. Also your message wouldn't show up in the app. Any idea?

Doubt if they're going to reply.
On a brighter note. First time out with the new detector and in an hour in my yard I got this guy. 👍

Can you flip the plate around so we can read it?
Nice hunt, congrats
I'm pretty sure it's a stamp of some sort. I would have to reverse the image somehow. It's a very soft metal so I would say copper. Probably for ink stamping.
