Looks like a fish hook spinner??

Hey guys found this very breakable fishing spinner looking thing ( or earing ). Pretty ornate says "9" on the bottom ( or 6 on top)?
Its got no holes on it for stringing it. Looks silver plated ..
Any clues, I love finding out what I got, even trash

I vote spinner unless the photo shows otherwise. Then I'll change my vote to something else which is what it probably is already. Just teasing, need a photo.

Wouldn't be a fishing spinner if it has no holes. Also, spinners should be pretty stout, not delicate.
