Looks like junk headphones to me.... They don't have anything going around your ears to keep them warm if its cold and to keep the wind and background noise out.

And if you like headphones that don't cover your ears you can get a nice pair of those kind that just wrap around the ear and have a little probe sticking into your ear.

That is the same as what came with my 250. I like them and do not have any problems with background noise.
