Looks like a ring and a bracelet

Diameters for the "bracelet" is 7,5, the "ring" is 1,8.

By comparing the ring size to your hand I’m assuming your sizes of 7,5 and 1,8 is actually 7.5 and 1.8 centimeters. That would put your bracelet at 3 inches which would be near the size of a horse ring.
The other ring looks like a 5/8” lock washer but without a side view it’s hard to tell for sure.

I have no idea what your smaller 'ring' came from?

But the larger 'ring' looks similar to horse harness or gag-bit rings that I find.
