Looks like an old Septarium

Found it. Thing was very old literally snapped in half in my hands. Nice find though. Shame it was so old it broke in 2. However glad to have it. Got little hearts on it. Had to have been VERY old the way it just crumbled but still a beautiful find. Do you think thats what it is? Do you think thats what it is. It doesn't look like the photo's of it online. I posted one of the interior streak test and of the interior untouched.
