Lost Ring in Lake near Ottawa, Canada

Hi,
My husband has lost his wedding ring in a lake (not more than 6 feet of water) at a friends cottage this past weekend. I have tried to find a metal detector to rent but have not been abel to find any. If anyone is willing to let me rent their metal detector or if someone is willing to find the ring for a fee that would be great. The ring is Titanium and gold if that matters.
