Got out to piece of shore line that I discovered a couple weeks back. Lots of interesting finds from many different eras. Most interesting are the large tombac and the musket hammer that I eyeballed side by side. Also eyeballed a couple musketballs.
I did have my detector and was able to find the Victorian hanger and the mystery iron/brass piece the old fashioned way.
Not sure on the iron and brass piece...ship's telegraph maybe...
