Lots of glass and SNAKE OIL?

My family and I got to go hunting directly across the street from our house with the permission of our neighbor. We found a couple of matchbox cars and then dug a plug and kept going down. Started pulling out lots of old old glass. Bring very careful I saw a weird looking bottle packed into the side of my hole. I pulled out a little bottle with a screw top and a separated liquid inside. Just like oil and water. Maybe an old bottle of snake oil. Let me know what you think. I know the house had been there at least since the forties.

I did some research and found out that the bottle is made by foster and Forbes glass company. This mark was used from 1942 till 2000. Thanks for looking.
