Loving my new at pro...... First gold ring!

Went on a hunt today after work.. To a park close the the hotel we are staying at. Its a very trashy park, one that its hard to find a place to ground balance. My second target was hitting at a solid 45 4" deep and a clear signal no matter what direction I swong from. Popped the plug and there it was in the hole.
I was just reading about where gold comes in at on the pro. And this was just what I read about. The at pro is a good machine. Only had it out 3 times now and every time I find good stuff.
Its 10K!

I just received my ATV pro on Monday. Very same day I found a broken plow part dating between 1879 and 1910. I found it on my property under a tree stump.

Glad to hear that. Just got mine delivered today and put it together right away. That was a real pain in the a**! I didn't think I would ever get the headphone connector connected properly. They need to go back to the 1/4 inch connector.
Right now it's raining cats and dogs outside and the thunder is shaking the windows in the house so I guess I won't be going out anytime soon.
Was hoping to find someone from upstate SC to md with but it doesn't look like that's going to happen anytime soon so I guess I'll be trying to learn it myself. I've watched all the YouTube videos but they go so fast and put out so much information that it's seems impossible to absorb it all.
I also have a minelab quattro that I bought in 2005 I think...I hope the AT Pro is easier to learn than the quattro was. That's why I bought it because I didn't feel like relearning the quattro.
Sorry...Didn't mean to hijack this thread just got a bit carried away I guess.

Great gold ring!!! That's a really good find.
I've been working with my at pro for a few months now and ea. Time i go for a hunt..i get better and better with it.
It really is a great machine to use and user friendly too....and good to know with the #45 reading..
Man....that is right Around those chunks of alum. Can slaw too.....welp i've just been digging
That can slaw up...for that (gold ring) reason.....i decided to keep all the can slaw and
Put it to my advantage....im gonna RECYCLE. All of it!...
The way i see it ....if i went through the trouble of digging it up....im gonna get some good use outta it!
