Been hitting my old sites with my new F75-SE I'm amazed at the relics I missed with my tejon, the 75 can pick out targets in the iron like nobody's business! I got this beautiful South Carolina staff button laying next to a square nail. The 75 sniffed it out! I'm running in BP mode disc 4 and sensitivity at 99, I ran my coil over a dead tree and got a high 80's reading after moving the log over I dug down aprox. 8"-9" and pulled out the 1851 large cent! The tejon did find my first 1812 rifleman button in the same area. I think this place was used as a camp in both wars and maybe a old homesite at one time. Lots of variety of things. I have dug five reales along with seated dimes and half dimes. I know what they mean when they say "its never hunted out" before and after pictures of the S.C. button after cleaning. Check out the gilt on that baby! Got to love the lowcountry soil, its easy on buttons ..hope everyone is digging relics! Stay cool and hydrated its hot! Thanks for looking
