I noticed two more different marks today. A green circle and a red dot. Big Time did you change your mark? Well I only found 2 - 40%. The luck was one of the backwards Brinks boxes had 2 extra rolls. That is right I made $20 before I opened any of the rolls.

How did they fit in the box?

The boxes I used to be able to get had 2 rows of 25 rolls an were so tightly packed nothing else could fit into the box with them.

Do you have a pic of how they look in the box?

I have read of others getting extra rolls in their box but I never knew how they fit in there.

Brinks in my area ran out of halves boxes a while ago. They have been turning the quarter boxes inside out and taping them and marking .50 with a sharpie. I was talking to the teller and she told me one guy was shorted one roll before. So everytime I open a box I count every roll in the box to make sure I am not shorted. I counted that box five times to make sure.Like I said luck of the Irish.

Irish Finn,

where's the red dot located?

Irish...... I have gotten boxes FULL of those red dot marked coins. Had a bunch yesterday. Just last week I got a bunch with green marker circles on them. Did some of them look like a no go sign with a green circle with a line through it? If you got those already I would be suprised. I didnt make those marks but I did send them back to Brinks of rockford. BTW..... I did do very well with all those marked coins. (the red dots and the green circles) Less with the red dots though........I have gotten a few boxes where all of them (99%) were marked with red dots. Must be a retired guy. I dont know who else would have that much time.

I put a red line along the rim of the roll, so it looks like dot on the outside rim. I do not like to mark the face for the people who are looking to fill a coin album. I hate seeing a shiny new looking coin with a mark on it. But the rubbing alcohol worked great to take them off.

Thank you,
Rumblebelly
