It's going to get cold soon so I figured I'd go out for a couple hours and do some night hunting since the weather was decent.
Left the f75 at home and took the Tejon for a spin. First stop was an old farm field I've hammered to death. Found a couple round balls then a .270 shell.
Next stop was a 1927 home in foreclosure. Dug two miner check tags, modern quarter, cheap ring and an 1894 barber dime. A friend and I have been through the yard prior to this but perhaps this one was on edge. It was only about 4-5 inches deep. I'm super happy to notch another silver before 17 comes to an end! GL. HH!
