Beautiful day to get out for my lunch hour at an old homestead site.
Ground cover starting to get denser, but still low enough to hunt. Lots of typical farm targets, then finally a really strong concise coin signal.
Large roundness popped out of plug, then a closer look definite coin with clean details and definitely the greenest coin I've found. 
Lunch hour running out so pop dirt encrusted coin in my pocket thinking that I have finally found my first large cent. After a quick clean up realize that my quest for a LC is still on as I have found an old foreign coin... 1893 10 Centesimi. Well at least it is Large and old...
