Back when I lived in Wisconsin a bag lady we called Annie, had the city break down her fence and haul about 8 dump trucks of trash from the yard. She shows up driven by a guy driving a small s10 pickup. She asks where they took her stuff (the dump) she plans to haul it all back. Now she always eats her meals at the salvation army for years. But it made the paper when the city bill to her of over $1,100. Was paid in cash the next day, she just pulled a big old roll out of a worn out raggy sweater.
