Manatee county beaches ?

I am back home in Manatee county after a long time living up north.

Are there any beaches off limits to detecting.
Any out of the ordinary rules/ laws I should be aware of before heading out ?
Inter coastal waterway on Manatee Ave. open to hunting ?
