It was a beautiful day for hunting! Temps were in the low 80's and it was mostly sunny. There were plenty of people on the beach. Not too many going in the water though. That's why I decided to stick to the dry stuff. While I was hunting, I ran into Mark (T-net member Scrounger). We talked detectors for a bit then I got back to hunting and Scounger went to find some less expensive parking ;D I worked the dry stuff from 10:30 til 5:00. The pic will tell the rest.

Its the same to the south of you, lots of people on the beach, nobody in the water. I drove thru the beach early today and there were some spring breakers starting to get here. :)

Yeah, I saw 2 hunters in the water. They weren't doing much digging. Spring Break is almost here, so things should pick up quite a bit. I hope ;D

Great finds :) :) Good photo.

Thank you for sharing.

SPC Clearwater started their spring break this week, other colleges off next week and on.
Still, not to many depositers and very few in the water.
Heard that the hotel & motels werent planning on much this year due to the recession and all the construction this year in preparation for next years Super Bowl.

Thanks for the info. I'll be out again this Monday. I haven't decided yet whether I'm gonna hunt the dry sand or get in the water.
