mardi gras in Galveston

Went to Galveston last month. Didn't find anything but a 10oz. pepsi bottle. and that was in the sand between some condos. The beaches had all new sand.They were still bringing in sand around Sea Wall Blvd. Maybe it will be better after spring break. mardi Gras was fun though. lots of beads flying around.

I think the problem you are having is, Mardi Gras is in New Orleans, LA. You were in a facsimlie of a mardi gras.
