Maritime Museum San Diego's San Salvador galleon
I ran across a mention of the galleon being built by the Maritime Museum of San Diego while researching how to fix my old skiff. I followed some links and found the website of the museum as well as the link to a lot of photo albums documenting the construction of this beautiful ship.
I thought that some might find these useful.
Here is the website for the museum itself:
San Salvador San Diego Build-site - Maritime Museum of San Diego
and here is the link to the photo albums:
NOTE; If you have volunteered building the San Salvador make sure you send your email address to me at Jgsoto.smugmug@gmail.com So I can send you group photograph (at no cost to you) when I take them. - jgsoto
Good luck to all this summer.
