Hi,
Can anybody please help me with this question?
if i discover a ww2 cargo shipwreck in International waters and confirm its identity how can i can salvage rights on the vessel to protect it from being salvaged by someone else?
The original owner of the ship went out of business in the 1950s so I can buy the salvage rights from them.
I would appreciate any answers from somebody who has some experience in this field.
