Marking Searched Rolls

Newbie here....I picked up my first $40 in halves to give it a try. Got one 67. Now that I have 3 rolls to either return or to spend, I was wondering if anyone here somehow marks the rolls that you've checked in order to avoid re-checking that same roll again. The bank closest to me (2 towns away) only had the $40 in halves. Now, if I return them there, I probably can't get more there for quite some time. I doubt that they go through very many halves in my area. I certainly don't want to end up re-checking rolls I've done before.

Mine are all marked MSH my initials and all go to the same bank...HH

None of the banks in my area (abilene) accept rolled coin (that I know of yet). So, I just take it to one of the regional headquarters downtown and dump it with the vault teller right there. I get to watch through the window and everything.
