If you have hopes of someone making an ID on your find based on the info you gave, don't hold your breath!! Usually, supportive information like pictures, size, weight, where found, etc. are needed. These folks are good on this site, but not that good! My guess is........ a rock.

Pretty sure from the info submitted that this is not from Mars but a meteorite from Uranus. Sorry, couldn't resist.
