Mason Jars

I got quite a few Fruit Jars. You need to get yourself a Red Book. I like the crude looking ones.

since you have a red book I assume either 9 or 10 could you look up in the back pages to see if mine are real ,70's reproductions or a newer repro? an maybe the value of each it would be greatly appreciated..thanks oh btw do you know the color of the first jar?

I need a new book. I have a 7. All your jars are vintage. Nothing of great valur jumps out at me, but sometimes you gotta see them up close to catch everything. Jar looks clear in the first pic. Could have turned slightly from the sun. Is it a grayish or an amethyst?
Here is a pic of one I have. It's an early 70's repo. Still worth abit of change. It's a 1/2 gal.

Yeah the color is a smoky grey to light purple... hard to say since I don't know what to look for... all the pics by themselves are 1/2 gallon jars.. Do you think mine are 70's repro's?

All Originals. Ball Perfect Mason Jars you have are 1930's to 1940's I believe. Ground lip screw type jars are the older type of the ones you have.

I'm not current on my value for Jars since I do mostly Sodas and Meds. Most yours are 5 to 10 dollar Jars. The second jar you show is your best. Maybe 15 to 20. Of course assuming you have lids fot them.
