Maverick trade token?

I found this trade token today in a junk box at an antique shop in Springfield Oregon (I paid only $1 for it).

Any idea where this thing is from? I couldn't find it listed anywhere.

Round ~ aluminum ~ 25 millimeters in diameter

HORSE SHOE / BAR / 313 / SO. BOULDER // GOOD FOR / 5c / IN TRADE

it is an unlisted token from Tulsa OK . . . . .

1923 & 24 Tulsa City Directories: Horse-Shoe Bar - Charles E. Black - Lunch - 313 S. Boulder Av.

Interesting that this would still be called a bar after Prohibition. Black is only listed as being in that business in those two years and the address was under different names before and after 1923-24.
