I have seen info on this one in my treasure Atlas too.
That could be a lot of ditches and old fence to cover.

I ran across it on a couple web sites too.
But it's not much more info than the treasure atlas I have.

"Ma Barker and the Alvin Karpis gang were known around these parts as it is rumored they buried $150,000 in a canvas wrapped metal box underneath a fence post between Chatfield and Rochester along the old state highway 52."

You know, I've been doing a little mapping in that area of the old 52, and there is a jog where it would make a nice reference point back in the day.... I was also doing some research as there are probably plenty of hiding spots here in Mahtomedi/white Bear where I live... I'd love to find some reference, even a hint that some of their stash is hiding in WBL or Lost (i think that's their names)Lake, soutyh of WBL...
