Why is this in Beach and Shallow Water?

Thanks for posting the links! Now when we are detecting shallow water I will know what them pretty rocks are!

Why is this in Beach and Shallow Water?

because people are forever asking what king of stones they have in their rings :icon_scratch:
you may be an expert but there are a lot out there that just don't know what they got
I get PMs often asking to identify - this way they may be able to find out for them selves
with out having to go to a jeweler

Thanks Casper. I stumbled across a writer named Antoinette Matlins at Gemstone Press and ordered two of her books about gem identification through interlibrary loan and I'm really enjoying them.
