Maybe a bullet?

Dug this last weekend on a bay beach. Assuming its some sort of boat piece based on where I dug it. Kind of looks like a bullet though. Not sure of the metal but I know it's not iron. Any thoughts?

It's not a post to a marine battery, is it?

It might be an old glow plug from an older marine diesel engine. Maybe a manifold heater? The base of it looks like it has some sort of electrical connection.

It's the barrel of a dart. The plastic part is gone and the tip is rusted away.
