Hi,
I've been doing some research ( :read2:) looking for new sites near my home in Northeast PA. I started out looking for a Rev War campsite which I didn't find yet... but instead made a few discoveries that pointed to a small Indian village that was documented as being in the area as of 1750.
I found what appear to be: a fired musket ball, a brass finger ring, a partial buckle, and a brass trade arrowhead. (I also got a Civil War-style 3-ringer bullet which was the first I've ever found in 8 years and totally out of context!) A fun day out and I'll get back there ASAP.
Happy hunting!
