medieval at it's best

Some finds scream medieval, one is an nice horse pendant. Just had this one think it shows a griffin. Also had two halfs of the same hammered penny found a few feet apart.

looks like there's plenty of enamel left, may clean up really well.

As you know, the Horse Harness Pendants are some of the most sort after & collectable out of the Medieval period. They fetch good prices, relatively speaking, specially mythical characters or one that are easily linked to famous familys/Royality. As you may have spotted, Dad got a hanger yesterday & I got excited & hoped to find the pendant. It never showed itself but it was fun wondering which type it may have been. They are always a great find & pretty rare in my experience with only about 1 a year, maybe 2. 8) 8) 8)
