Memorial Park Houston

I have read quite a few post about people hunting Memorial Park in Houston and was trying to confirm that it is allowed. I looked at the park rules and they have all these terms and jargon in there that can be interrupted in different ways. If it is allowed is there a certain area I should be heading to in the park to hunt? I have seen some pictures of people going in by a fence that appears to be in the woods. Any help would be appreciated.
