I thought this was a cool find I made the other day going through one of my dad's old building's.Yes still going through his stuff over a year later making finds.Not sure the value on it but did see some of these types of bottles being sold on ebay they were asking $50-$60's just for the antique crock jar.Anyway I weighed it there's a little over 5lbs all together so it all must still be there.I know he worked on electronics so thinking that's why it was there.

Yea I'm 41yrs old & sure it's probably that old or better.I thought it was cool.I think the cheapest I seen it going for online was around a $100 1/2lb so there's a little money there I guess.

Thanks Tnm,yea I have no use for it myself but I'm not sure how you go about mailing something like that.I don't think the U.S. postal sevice allows it.I saw something about having to have a permit. But if they sell it online I guess it can be done somehow.I guess somebody that pans for gold might have a use for it.My dad worked on military electronics so I guess finding somebody who pans for gold would be easier then finding somebody that does that.

One of the best looking Merc's I've seen Pete. That is a neat find for sure. It would be hard to part with that one.
